How we keep children safe on the platform.
Can strangers contact my child?
No. Children cannot receive messages from anyone. There is no chat, no messaging, no direct communication of any kind. Peer matching interactions go through structured activities with full parental oversight.
What content safety measures are in place?
Three independent safety layers protect all content: Safe Kids AI screens for toxicity and inappropriate material, specialized detection monitors for CSAM and grooming patterns, and a child-specific AI framework constrains all generated content to age-appropriate levels. These layers operate independently so no single point of failure can compromise safety.
What happens if something concerning is detected?
When our safety systems detect a potential issue, the response is immediate: content is blocked, the event is logged, parents are notified where appropriate, and the incident is reviewed by our safety team. For serious concerns, we cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
How much control do parents have?
Parents have full control over which features their child can use. Consent is per-module, you can enable the Focus-Flow Garden while keeping peer matching disabled, for example. All sharing requires explicit parental approval. Activity logs let you see exactly what happened on the platform.
