Every plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Cognistase doesn't deliver the clarity you need, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is calculated pro rata for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. The exact pricing will be published at launch.

Do schools get special pricing?

Yes. Schools and institutions receive enterprise pricing based on the number of students and the features they need. Contact us for a tailored proposal. We also provide volume discounts for clinical practices.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and SEPA direct debit. All payments are processed within the EU by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
